Triangulas is a unique blend of a Law firm and an In-house Counsel. Triangulas services are designed keeping in mind the needs of the Client and to ensure a seamless workflow between the Triangulas team and the Client. Triangulas acts as an extended arm of the Legal Department in providing the below Services:
Triangulas manages the entire Legal function and the Legal Department of the Client remotely with one or more dedicated resource/s assigned to the Client. The dedicated resource/s works remotely from the Triangulas office.
Triangulas offers a “Pay as you Use” based model wherein the payment by the Client each month is linked to the actual services rendered by Triangulas for the Client in the preceding month. This TMS Model helps the Client in being assured that the charges paid are based on the actual services provided.
Triangulas deputes Legal resources (on Triangulas payroll) to the Client location. The Triangulas resource reports to the Legal Head of the Client and seeks guidance on the assignments on a day-to-day basis. In addition, the Triangulas Founders also support the resource remotely on any complex issues.
Triangulas manages the Contract Lifecyle for Clients end to end. Depending on the Client requirement, Triangulas CMS can be provided either on a Secondment basis or remotely as an outsourced model from the Triangulas office
Triangulas supports its Clients in managing their M&A activities. Triangulas provides Legal, Commercial & Financial Due Diligence in addition to drafting & review of Legal documentation for the M&A transaction, hereby assisting the Client in implementing and executing the transaction end to end. Triangulas also provides support in the transition and integration process.
Triangulas provides Project Management services across all industry sectors. Based on the industry sector under consideration, Triangulas would support the client in breaking down a large Program into multiple Projects and help organizations create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and implement a robust Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Control system within the Client organization.
Triangulas manages the entire Sourcing, Procurement and Supply chain functions for an organization or a Project or a specific work package. In this model, Triangulas would take the entire end to end responsibility including management of the Procurement function.
Triangulas provides advisory & recommendations related to the Procurement function in an organization and helps in setting up the entire processes, procedures, delegation matrix, etc. and ensures implementation of the same within the existing organizational structure. The Procurement team within the organization takes the subsequent responsibility of ensuring compliance to the set processes and procedures
