Shalini Jayakrishnan (Partner, Triangulas HR Solutions)
Cross functional professional with over 25 years of experience across Finance, Delivery, DEI and CSR in both MNCs and India companies. Starting her professional career in Finance with Kotak Mahindra in 1991, she moved on to IL&FS, and then to Delivery support roles in Siemens, IBM, CSC, etc. post which she joined Infosys BPM in 2018 in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and CSR function, eventually leading the function for 3 years.

With a background in Engineering and a MBA in HR and Marketing, she brings a strong blend of analytical thinking and people-centric insight.
